1:1 Personal Training
It doesn't get more personalised than this!Choosing 1:1 delivery means you're getting the absolute most bang for your buck, as you will have Kat's undivided attention; she will push your limits safely, and she will hold you accountable to your goals and motivate you to do the hard work even when you don't feel like doing it.You have the choice between 30-min and 60-min sessions. 

3x-, 5x- & 10x- session bundles available.

2:1 Personal Training
2:1 Personal Training Sessions are an affordable option to get your fitness and strength routine started. Training together with a friend is a great way to build up your confidence on the gym floor while working towards your own individual goals. 
The sessions will be tailored to your individual experience level and strength/fitness abilities! 

Online Coaching
Too busy or too far away to attend 1:1 Personal Training? Online Coaching is a great alternative to train under Kat's guidance and benefit from her expertise and experience. Choose the option that fits your life schedule best and start whenever it suits you!
Weekly Check-ins and with access to the
program and lifestyler tracker online, this option is as flexible as you want it to be. 

Technique Workshops
Run once a quarter and with limited spots available theses Technique Workshops focus on the biomechanics and technique of the Squat, the Bench Press and the Deadlift (SBD).
