Technique Workshops

Once a quarter Kat is holding her Technique Workshops; these hands-on workshops allow you to get answers to your lifting related questions from an experienced strength and barbell coach. 

The Technique Workshops will touch on the biomechanics and technique basics of the Squat, the Bench Press and the Deadlift. 

 

You will walk away from these workshops confident in your ability to perform a proper Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. 

 

Capped at 10 people per Workshop, you will have the perfect environment to ask your questions among like-minded lifters.

Open to lifters with basic or little lifting experience.
